It's the blueprint of employment in East Texas.
Today the Tyler and Lindale Economic Development Councils were presented the results of this year's labor market survey.
The survey is done every 3 years by UT Tyler.
It includes information like how far East Texans are willing to drive to work and what shifts they're willing to work.
"So much research is done by companies looking for relocation on the internet. If they see we have an available labor force they will come and visit us and will ask more detailed questions," said Tom Mullins of the Tyler Economic Development Council.
