Woman Found Guilty in Stabbing Death of Boyfriend

A Longview woman who was convicted of killing a boyfriend in 1988, has now been found guilty of manslaughter in the death of another boyfriend. 39 year old Tounya Collins was found guilty Wednesday of the July 2001 stabbing death of her live-in boyfriend, Carlous Lacy. Collins testified she stabbed Lacy while trying to defend herself.

After being stabbed, Lacy tried to drive himself to the hospital, but was involved in a car crash and later died. Collins is being held in jail until the judge determines the length of her sentence.
