Third arrest made in fatal Lufkin shooting

A third arrest has been made in connection to last week's fatal shooting at the Catfish King in Lufkin.

Lufkin Police say Jarred Berwick turned himself over to authorities yesterday morning. He has been charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.

Police arrested a second suspect, 21 year old Robert Dewayne Buschman and charged him with capital murder over the weekend.

Charges for both men stem from helping to plan and participate in the robbery last Sunday night.

That's when the manager of Catfish King and her boyfriend were approached by a gunman.

The boyfriend, identified as Keith Labrozzi, was shot multiple times and later died at the hospital.

The alleged gunman Brian Womack was shot by Labrozzi in the stomach, but survived.

Womack has also been charged with capital murder.
