There are mixed reactions from East Texans on Barack Obama's Vice Presidential choice of Delaware Senator Joe Biden. This is what some of you had to say:
"I think it was a good choice," said Carol Biscoe. "He's got a lot of experience, and he knows the ropes that Obama's going to need help with."
"I didn't care," said John Smith. "I'm not going to vote for him, and I hope nobody else does."
"I think it creates a perfectly balanced ticket," said Smith County Democratic Party Chair David Henderson. "Nobody understands the complexity of the world we live in Washington any better than Joe Biden does. He knows all the major world leaders, personally can call them up on the phone. He's perfectly suited to craft a foreign policy that is based on reality."
