Frosted Grapes and Flowers for Cakes and Pastries

What you need:

Egg Whites


Edible Flower Petals

Green Leaves


Paint Brush

Fine Sugar

Make an egg white wash. Cut grapes and dip in egg white wash. Cover in sugar and let dry. For flowers and leaves paint egg white was on one side of leaf, and one or both sides of flower petals. Sprinkle sugar on and let dry. Once dry, arrange on a cake or pastry as you so desire.

If you use the rose petals for your salads or cakes make sure they are the edible and have not be sprayed with chemicals.
