Gilmer's Manuel Johnson was a state champion as a Buckeye quarterback, and after switching to wide receiver for college, had thirty-one catches and four touchdowns for the Sooners last season.
Johnson is back for his senior year, and looking forward to his second season with quarterback Sam Bradford.
"It takes maybe about a year," Johnson sais about developing chemistry. "As you can see, a lot of teams start to come together at the end of the year. Since I've been here, we've had three quarterbacks. This will be my second year with Sam, so this will help out a lot."
