2 men claim they've found Bigfoot

Two men from Georgia say they've found the elusive "Bigfoot".

They revealed what they say is DNA evidence and photos - essentially proof, they say - that they've captured the body of Bigfoot.

Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer say they found the remains in the mountains of Georgia. Their "Bigfoot" is allegedly seven feet, seven inches tall and weighs more than 500 pounds. The hairy creature apparently has reddish and blackish grey eyes and reddish hair. And allegedly, its feet are flat --like human feet.

There was apparently so much interest that the website - www.searchingforbigfoot.com -crashed. As you might imagine, more than a few people think this is a hoax, or maybe even part of a viral marketing campaign.

Skeptics say the photo you see here of the purported Bigfoot carcass in a freezer -- appears to be nothing more than a "manufactured costume available on the Internet."
