A raging fire in Upshur county last night has left a family of five homeless.
Fire crews were called out to the fully involved blaze around 2:00 pm yesterday in the 7500 block of Green Hills Road near Glenwood Acres.
That's north of Longview. The fire burned the home literally to the ground.
Investigators say a passing aircraft actually spotted the blaze and called it in. Luckily, no one was injured.
