Kassube sentenced to life in prison Thursday

Today, 46 year old Robert Kassube was sentenced to life in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Last month, Kassube pleaded guilty to drug charges and two other charges stemming from a January arrest.

Today, he was sentenced to 10 years in jail for evading arrest. He also received 20 years for manslaughter.

He was indicted back in May for the death of a 9 month old baby. His fines now total $30,000. He will be eligible for parole after 25 years.
