'Clacky Ray' Found Guilty On Crack Charges

Cory Dawkins, also known as Clacky Ray, admitted to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in court today.

According to information presented in court, since approximately January 2008, the defendant had been distributing crack cocaine in the Longview, Texas area.  An 87-count indictment was returned on May 13, 2008 charging 29 individuals, including Dawkins, with federal drug crimes. 

Dawkins faces up to 40 years in federal prison and a fine up to $2 million.  A sentencing date has not been set.
