Booger Red Kelly Trial Continues For Fourth Day

A Texas Ranger testified today that he has no doubt about what went on inside a Mineola club as hearings continued for the fourth day Friday in the trial of child sex ring suspect Patrick "Booger Red" Kelly.

Texas Ranger Phillip Kemp said today that he started investigating the case because he felt that the investigation by Mineola Police into the sex ring was wrapped up too quickly. The initial investigation by the Mineola Police was opened and shut within twenty-four hours. Ranger Kemp's investigation took two years to complete.

In the afternoon, the defense introduced and showed the jury a taped interview that Ranger Kemp conducted with two of the alleged child victims.
