Carrie Sue's Fried Pickles
One pint of Seasoned Flour (All purpose flour with one tsp. of salt, 1/2 tsp. of pepper)
One cup of Buttermilk
12 Dill Pickle Stackers
1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing
Take the pickles, dredge in seasoned flour, place in buttermilk, remove from buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour again. Be sure and fully cover pickles with flour, then milk, then flour again.
Drop in 350 degree cooking oil.
Cook for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Pickles should be golden brown.
