118: that's the number of abnormal screenings that East Texas Medical Center reports finding in their annual free prostate screenings in East Texas.
1,680 men were tested.
"Of the 1,680 men screened, 118 of the tests came back with abnormal values," said Todd Sigmon, vice president of the ETMC Cancer Institute. "We have contacted those patients, advised them to have a follow-up with their physician or urologist, and helped facilitate those appointments as needed."
