Coleman Returns To East Texas To Inspire

One local athlete who's already gone pro was back in town today. Henderson's Drew Coleman was at Kilgore College to speak to their Upward Bound workshop for kids.

Coleman said he wanted to show that he is proof that anything is possible.

"That's something I can give," coleman said. "There's so much talent, so many kids that's been in my same situation. All they need is somebody positive, that's been in the same place to say it is possible."

Coleman is entering his third year with the New York Jets.

"I'm expecting to go in and compete, and contribute more on special teams. We've got a lot of key guys we've added and we're excited about the season, so I want to be a part of the defense, make some plays, and help us get better."
