Woman Who Allegedly Hit Flint Cyclist Facing Charges

The woman behind the wheel in the accident that killed a cyclist on Monday is now facing serious charges.

Shaquita Johnson is currently charged with intoxication assault with a vehicle.

But, since the victim's death Tuesday, a warrant is now being issued for intoxication manslaughter.

Johnson was arrested immediately after that accident Monday night.

The impact crushed the windshield of her car, leaving a large hole on the passenger side.
