Lee Graduate Patrols Nets For Minor League Hockey Team

Robert E. Lee graduate Zac Bush is chasing his dream in ice skates.

Nineteen year-old Bush, who played for the last year in Kansas City with the Russell Stover Stars, has made the team in the Eastern Junior Hockey League. Buch will play in Vermont this season, with the Green Mountain Glades.

"We were one of the top select teams in the country," Bush said. "I had a few teammates that played on that Vermont team this past year, so I went up and had a tryout. The coach took me, so that's where I'll go next."

Bush began his career playing inline hockey, then when he was fifteen switched to ice hockey.
