Longview Boat Show Brings New Technology To Town

Water recreation fans are in heaven this weekend in Longview.

It's the 17thy annual Summer Boat Show this weekend at the Maude Cobb Activity Center. Hundreds of watercraft are on display in the three day event featuring the latest in design, technology, and comfort.

For both buyers and sellers, it's relaxed opportunity to get see a lot of product without having to travel to many different locations.

"A lot of people don't buy boats every year, maybe like they do automobiles and stuff, so you get to come out here and see the latest and greatest technology in boats, and boats have come a long way since that old boat that your parents or grandparents might have had," explains Jeff Gage at Plano Marine.

The Summer Boat Show continues until 8:00 pm tonight.

Then 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday, and on Sunday from noon to 5.

Admission is free.
