After a break of nearly nine months, Texas' death chamber reopens tomorrow.

40 year old Derrick Sonnier is set to receive the lethal injection punishment for killing a suburban Houston woman and her son 17 years ago.

His execution would make him the fourth prisoner put to death in the nation since April after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled lethal injection is constitutional.

This will be the first execution in Texas since last September.
