Police Searching For 3 Armed Home Invaders

Tyler Police are looking for three men who robbed a Tyler family at gunpoint.

It happened about 3:00 am this morning in the 1200 block of South Buckley Street.

Tyler police tell us that 3 black men forced their way into the home through the front door and then forced the five people inside the home into the bathroom. One of the men had a handgun.

The men took some items from the home and then left, causing no injuries. 

The descriptions of the men from the Tyler Police are as follows:

  • 1) Black male, 6'2", 250lbs, late teens to early 20's, a dark colored t-shirt, and shorts.
  • 2) Black male, 6'2", 160lbs, 18 to 19 years old, with short black hair, wearing a dark colored t-shirt and pants.
  • 3) Black male, 5'6" to 5"8" tall, 125-130lbs
