Rollover Accident Claims Two East Texas Lives

A rollover accident has claimed the lives of two East Texans.

Last night, around 6:00 pm, 23 year old Gary Lynn McShan lost control of his vehicle, running off the road and flipping, striking a tree on Highway 69 about 1.4 miles west of Jacksonville.

McShane, of Elkhart and 3 year old Logan McShan, of Tyler, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

2 year old Kylie McShan of Tyler, the other passenger, was transported to a Dallas hospital and is said to be in good condition.

    An East Texas family is hoping someone can provide answers for a relative who turned up missing over the weekend. Family members reported that Felisha Pearson, 29, of Longview disappeared on Sunday and has not been seen or heard from since. According to a police report, Pearson was staying at the hotel with another person, left and never returned. Police say she left her cell phone at the hotel.
