39 year old Martha Tienda filed a report with the Rusk County Sheriff's Office, saying she was taken from her Henderson home located on Whippoorwill Street in October of 2007.
Investigators said when Tienda left her home, she told her family she was going with an acquaintance, Hosea Mendoza.
Now, Tienda claims Mendoza allegedly locked her in his home. Tienda said she finally was able to break free a week ago.
