Through the Body For Life Challenge, Robin Gibson has worked out and dieted religiously for 6 weeks.
As a result he dropped 2 pants sizes and he fully expects to be 50 pounds lighter by the end of the 12 week challenge.
Robin says the key to maintaining his diet is with tastey and healthy food.
He uses low calorie sauces to add flavor to food along with spices.
He also tries to eat 5 meals a day and eat less than 2000 calories.
