Missing Disabled Teenager Found Dead

An East Texas man is found dead outside a Tyler gas station.  Monday morning, police were called out to the Food Fast on Kensington and Troup Highway. In the parking lot there, they found 19-year-old Salman Shaikh dead in his wheelchair. Police say they were no signs of foul play, but an autopsy has been ordered.

"He actually did go into the Food Fast sometime last evening and purchased a coke and some cigarettes and that's the last time he was seen so we are thinking after he left there, making his way back to his residence, we don't know what happened to him, but hopefully the autopsy will reveal what medical condition he had," says Officer Don Martin with the Tyler Police Department.

Shaike's parents reported the teenager missing Sunday evening and police searched throughout the area, but could not locate him.
