The four people charged in the Rains County deaths and fire were appointed attorneys yesterday by 8th Judicial Judge Robert Newsom. KLTV 7 News has now learned which lawyers will be representing each suspect.
18 year old Charles Allen Waid has been appointed Ted Beaty of Winnsboro. 18 year old Bobbi Gale Johnson will be represented by Eddie Northcutt of Sulphur Springs, and 16 year old Erin Caffey, daughter and sister of the victims, will be represented by William Howard McDowell of Sulphur Springs.
As KLTV told you yesterday, Ron Fergurson of Sulphur Springs has been appointed to represent the fourth suspect - Charlie Wilkinson, who is 20 years old.
