Teriyaki Glazed Chicken

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

Instant, Asian flavor rice

Half a green bell pepper

Half a red bell pepper

Butterfly the chicken breast to make a heart shape.  Cut the breast in half.  Soak in teriyaki sauce for about 30 minutes.  Thin cook in a skillet with vegetable oil on medium high, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.  Once done place the glaze on the chicken and let set. 

Slice the bell peppers and sauté with butter or vegetable oil and seasoning salt for about 8 minute.

Cook your instant rice by the recipe.

Take one cup of rice and stack it on your plate.  Lean the chicken up against the rice in the shape of a heart.  Cross a couple of peppers against the chicken.
