A verdict in an East Texas capital murder trial.
Late Thursday, Smith County jurors found 54 year-old Timothy Johnson guilty for his part in a Tyler shooting that killed 2 people back in 2006.
Police say Johnson drove the getaway car in that shooting on Madison Street.
After the verdict, he was sentenced to life in prison.
His co-defendant, Korrenthin Baker, is still awaiting trial.
