Two East Texans Arrested For Allegedly Selling Drugs At Public Library

Two arrests were made at an East Texas library, and it had nothing to do with overdue books.   Winnsboro police arrested Jerry Ross, 48 and Richard Henley, 55 of Sulphur Springs this weekend, allegedly trying to sell crack cocaine outside the Winnsboro Public Library.  The library is right across the street from a day-care.  Police say before this weekend's arrest, the two men had just gotten out of jail for the same offense.
