Mama Mia Pasta Salad

Boil and drain the pasta in the morning and let it chill in the fridge.

Toss all ingredients below together for a cool and refreshing dinner:

2 cups pasta (wagon wheels, corkscrew or bow ties)

2 tbs olive oil

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubs

10 slices salami, cut in strips

2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

4 chopped Mt. Olive Italian salad peppers

3 tbs. red wine vinegar

Salt & Pepper to Taste
