School Now Drug Testing Junior High Students After Incident

An East Texas Junior High School will now be participating in random drug testing, stemming from an incident several months ago. QuitmanISD school board members have decided to include all Junior High students in the random drug testing of their High School student-athletes.  In November, six Quitman seventh- and eighth-graders were sent to the emergency room after they took prescription blood pressure medication.
