- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup each peeled, sliced and quartered orange, cubed cantaloupe, sliced banana and pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Makes 4 servings.
