Traffic Stop Turns Drug Bust in Longview

A typical traffic stop in Longview landed one man in jail on drug charges.

Police say 25-year-old Larry Christian was a passenger in a car stopped by patrolmen on Birdsong Street.

Officers noticed something which turned out to be crack-cocaine being thrown out the passenger's side window.

Christian was then taken into custody and charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Christian's bond wass set at 10 thousand dollars.
