A Henderson County man, who was under investigation last month for running a so called "chop shop," is now in custody. Patrick Somers, 50, was arrested Thursday on three felony counts of replacing vehicle serial numbers, and one misdeamenor charge for tampering with vehicle serial numbers. Somers property was raided on March 14.
Authorities found stolen U-Haul trucks from various metroplex locations. He had alledgedly dismantled the trucks and sold them in parts.
