Longview Victim Survives Multiple Gunshots

After being a shot 3 times, a Longview man is expected to recover, while the search for his attackers continues. Longview police say an argument between two men resulted in one of them being arrested near a home in the 17-hundred block of Oden street on Tuesday. Only hours after that suspect bonded out, he along with a second man went back and broke into to the residence, at least one of them possessing a gun.

32 year old Demickey Williams was shot twice in the arm and once in the back. He was taken to a local hospital and is expected to fully recover from his wounds.    Both suspects fled the scene.

"Yeah we have a couple of persons of interest we're looking at right now the detectives are following up on some leads they've been working on that since this happened where they're at exactly in their investigation I'm not sure right now but we've got a couple of people we've got some good leads we're taking a look at" says Longview police sergeant Shawn Pendleton.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Longview police.
