Some East Texas families celebrated a Thanksgiving feast a little early. The children at Kids Kaleidoscope Preschool in Tyler held a Thanksgiving program for their family and friends.
Children from 18 months old to kindergarten performed songs that they had learned in music class this year. The preschool director told KLTV this is a great opportunity for their families to come together, celebrate and, of course, eat.
" [For] a lot of kids, this is their first time and the first program that we have at school," Liz McGee, Director Kids' Kaleidoscope
"I am thankful for the school and for everyone getting to come here today and celebrate Thanksgiving," said Chloe Martin, 5 Years Old.
Kids' Kaleidoscope has been doing this Thanksgiving celebration for over twenty years.
