Take tenderloin: around 3-4 pounds
Generously sprinkle with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and sage.
Place a little olive oil in a skillet and heat on high.
Sear each side and end of the tenderloin until light brown.
Place in a pre heated 350°F oven for 30 minutes for every pound the tenderloin weighs; ex, 3.5 lbs = 1:45.
Do not cover the tenderloin.
Slice, serve, and enjoy.....
