East Texas Hispanic Community Remembers Two Women Who Died

A follow up, on a church van accident that killed two East Texas women. Yesterday, we reported that two women from Longview were killed on I-35, while in Round Rock. Christina Campos was one of the victims who died in the accident.   Friends of Christina tells us that she and her husband had two children. Also, the second victim, Antonia Salgada and her husband had three children. Both of these women were very active in "Casa De Oracion", their church here in Longview. KLTV spoke with a friend of both Christina and Antonia Today, and he said both of these women will be sadly missed in the Hispanic community. Friends of the women tell us, ministering to women was something they loved. "That was their first love and you could see that in everything else they did. Their love for God was their priority and then their love for their families, and then their love for the body of Christ," said Arturo Morales, a family friend.

Funeral services will be held for both women at noon on Monday, at the Radar funeral home, in Longview.
