Burglary Conviction Upheld For Defendant In High-Profile Murder Case
The defendant in one of the most-anticipated murder trials of the year has officially been convicted for burglary. The Twelfth District Court of Appeals in Tyler upheld Romeo Pinkerton's conviction for burglary of a building. Pinkerton is also set for trial October 15th on capital murder charges. He's one of two men accused of kidnapping five people from a KFC in Kilgore back in 1983.
