Two Smith County Men Caught with Deadly Firearms and Drugs

Smith County Constable Frank Creath says they responded to a disturbance complaint this afternoon-- and once at the scene discovered much more.

When they entered 49-year old Robert Wayne Bagby's home, the constables found  two pounds of marijuana, a half pound of meth-amphetamine, and 18 firearms-- two of which were allegedly stolen.

Smith County Constable Creath says Bagby had fired shots at a man's back windshield and that's why they were called to the scene. Also found at the scene a gun silencer inside bagby's home... Authorities say that is a federal crime. Constable Creath says Bagby faces federal charges for having a gun silencer, and first degree felony charges for the narcotics.

The night before, the constable's office busted 45-year old Danny Ray Grable at his home on Oak Hill Drive in Flint, around 11:45 p.m., after finding what appeared to be a meth lab inside his home.

They say, Grable also had small amounts of marijuana, cocaine and $11,000 cash and one allegedly stolen firearm.

Grable was released from Smith County jail this morning on $5,000 bond .
