A Harrison County District Attorney's race is not quite over, as the incumbent asks for a vote recount. Rick Berry had been the Harrison County District Attorney for over 10 years before being beaten by challenger Joe Black in the March 12th elections. Berry lost by 36 percent of the vote. He says he just wants to make sure that the counting machine worked properly. He feels some votes may have been counted for his opponent instead of him. A hand re-count will take place Saturday starting at 10 a.m..
