He was shot while sitting in the comfort of his own home. Longview police say 50-year-old Nathaniel Rusk was murdered Wednesday night. The shooting happened at 807 West Nelson street in Longview. Rusk and 25-year-old Tori Hope Langdon, were sitting in the bedroom, when someone fired shots outside of Rusk's window. Langdon was transported to Good Sheppard hospital with non-life threatening injuries.Neighbors tell KLTV, Rusk was a quiet man who kept to himself and they can't believe someone would do something so gruesome. " "He was a real nice guy that kept to himself," said neighbor SunnyWilliams. Police are interviewing witnesses.
