Several Big-Name Restaurants Have Big Problems In Kitchen

There was improper cooling for sauces
Meats and other foods were not held cold enough
An employee was handling food improperly
And raw meats were stored over pasta... a contamination danger
Also, a handwashing sink was not accessible

TOTAL DEMERITS: 30.
The permit to serve food was temporarily suspended.

Refried beans had not been cooled quickly enough
And pork and vegetables were not held properly at 41 degrees or below
There was improper handling of ready to eat foods
A container of watermelon was being chilled in ice that was to be used in customer drinks
And there was no soap in the bar area
