Proud Of East Texas: Gary Martin

Gary Martin received word from his literary agent that his book Professor Thyme's Timeless Tales: Revenge Of The Sargasso Sea Ogre was bought by a publisher on the same day he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.  Martin had always wanted to write, but only began to write in earnest fifteen years ago.  His soap opera series ran on Mark Cuban's "Audio Net", and his motion picture "The Benign" has been in release about a year.

Professor Thyme's Timeless Tales is the first of a series of six books that Martin will write.  He writes under the named H.I. Pennebaker and sometimes finds it hard to separate Martin and Pennebaker.  You can find more information on Gary Martin and his work at
