Many Popular Restaurants With Many Health Violations

Enchiladas were held far below the required 135 degrees, and beans had not been reheated properly.  The inspector said employees were not washing hands properly... she said there were "many handwashing violations."   Dead mice were found in a storage room, and there was rodent bait that wasn't in an approved container.  Also, a live roach was seen on a hamper.

Dairy products were not held cold enough, and the inspector noted a problem with the reheating of foods.   Raw meats were stored above ready to eat foods. That's a contamination danger.  There was a roach infestation behind a dish machine.  There were also gnats in the kitchen and other areas.
