A father and son are killed in a one-car crash Thursday morning.
It happened just north of Lindale in Smith County on FM 1804.
DPS say 22-year-old Justin Clay Velasquez of Lindale was heading southbound on FM 1804 at a high speed.
Velasquez hit a curb, over-corrected and hit a tree.
Also in the car was his 8 month old son who was ejected. The baby later died at a Tyler hospital.
