A former Malakoff police officer turns himself in after being indicted by a grand jury.
Henderson County Sheriff deputies say, Horace Anthony Pullard, 56 of Palestine was indicted Friday, for allegedly violating the civil rights of an inmate, that were sexual in nature. Officials say Pullard turned himself in shortly before two this morning to Henderson County authorities.
Pullard was released from the Henderson County jail on a five thousand dollar bond.
