Young Adults Lead Police On High Speed Chase

A group of young adults take Tyler Police on an early Sunday morning high speed chase.  Police first spotted the car speeding through the intersection of Troup Highway and Loop 323 around 3:00 a.m.  That's when the chase began.  It ended at Loop 323 and Paluxy Drive.  Police say during the chase, the suspects threw marijuana and Xanex out of the car window.  They also threw two pistols out the window.  Police arrested Kierstin Martinez, 18, Joshua Cook, 18 and Daniel Grigsby, 21 and charged them with possession of a controlled substance.  Martinez has since been released.
