In the Kitchen: Edom Bakery & Grill's Fettucini Alfredo Armenti

In a small saute pan add 8 -10 oz heavy cream

add 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 2 oz salt (seasoned)1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 10-12 oz cooked fettucini .if you stop her you have an alfredo.by adding the next items you create the signiture dish.

2 tbsp chopped cooked bacon, 4 florettes of blanched broccoli,4 oz of julienne grilled chicken breast, diced red pepper.

bring all of this to a boil and let it blow up ...(this is  a process by  bubbling and removing from fire to see if your desired  thickeness has happened).

other variations of this dish are:

bacon & peas... carbonara

 blacken chicken strips ......blacken chicken alfredo

sauteed shrimp ....shrimp alfredo

a blend of blanched garden veggies .....alfredo prima vera
