Abducted Child and His Father Now in Police Custody

PARAGOULD, AR - A 2-year-old Paragould boy sought by police has been found this morning.

Paragould Police Chief J.D. Stephenson told K8 News this morning that 33-year Kristopher Parker of Kennett (MO) called Greene County Sheriff Dan Langston this morning, and told Langston he was ready to turn himself in.  Langston met Parker and his child, Carson Parker, in Light at approximately 7:45 a.m.  Langston immediately took the two to the Paragould Police Department, where Carson Parker is said to be in good condition and detectives are interviewing his father.

Carson Parker had been the subject of a Morgan Nick/Amber alert after his mother was found dead inside her Paragould home late last night.  Police found the body of Tiffany Parker just after 11 p.m.

K8 News has crews at the scene, and will have more information as it becomes available.
