TJC Gets Championship Game Opponent

After an hour and twenty minute rain delay, TJC finally learned who their opponent would be tonight.  And as it turns out, it's a very familiar face.

Joliet dominated Herkimer 6-1 in a game that didn't finish until 11:15pm.  The Wolves were confident and in control from start to finish, and looked hungry for a rematch with the Apaches.  They'll get their chance Thursday at 4:00pm at Mike Carter Field in Tyler.  The Apaches pulled out a dramatic 9th inning come-from-behind victory over Joliet Tuesday night 6-5.  If the Wolves get their revenge Thursday, a decisive 2nd championship game will be played at 7pm.
