UT Tyler Honors Family With Posthumous Degree

It's a story we first brought to you about Thursday.  Saturday afternoon, UT Tyler presented a Posthumous Degree in Psychology to the family of Ladama Hunter. Hunter died in March from ovarian cancer, but her challenges started much earlier in life when she went blind as a child.   This afternoon, UT Tyler President Rodney Mabry went into the audience to present Hunter's children with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. The university says Hunter was a very dedicated student and mother of three who touched the lives of many on its campus.
